A Living Vibration

Traveling to Israel with Jalaja Bonheim, Janna Waldinger captured 50 hours of video footage for “Circlework, A Path To Peace In The Middle East.”  Circlework, a method developed by Jalaja Bonheim, is the art of using circle gatherings to heal, overcome prejudice, sustain peace, and create healthy, vibrant communities.  This documentary  was edited to a 17 minute story showing Jalaja leading her circles of Jewish and Palestinian women. Informative and deeply moving, it reveals the power of Circlework to bring peace to the world.

A stunning collection of images, video and music blending together to create a visual feast that spans across the United States from Santa Maria, California to New York City to Napa, California.  Janna Waldinger was brought into the Portal project to introduce this kinetic light sculpture by Dan Cunningham to the world. Bringing her visual talents together  through photography and video, Janna teamed up with musician Rex Harte with an original score, to create a multisensory “Portal” experience.
